I tell you the truth, if anyone says to this mountain, 'Go, throw yourself into the sea,' and does not doubt in his heart but believes that what he says will happen, it will be done for him. This is an excellent book for the everyday Christian. It brings out the truth that images of Jesus are nothing more than morphological depictions of the Roman emperor Constantine and the pagan god Apollo. It also scripturally evidences how such images violate the second commandment. The author does an extraordinary job at bringing out useful information concerning the history and origin of the pictures, their non-use in the first, second and third centuries, and how, historically, there have been many attempts to stop the use of these images among Christians. Finally, there is an excellent question and answer section in the back of the book that deals with commonly asked questions and objections such as, but not limited to:
"But we don't worship these images."

For those who are not aware, obviously I am biased about this book as its author. However, I recommend any Christian interested in digging into the 10 Commandments to pick up this book and come to a biblical understanding of how images of Jesus violate the second commandment.

Very hard to read and on the verge of heresy. Would not recommend this book to anyone.
