Let me start off my saying I am a fan of Maggie Cox, but she seems to have the brooding, emotional wounded hero and/or heroine or both formula down pat.

Find all the books, read about the author, and more. I have a feeling that's why the author wrote an epilogue to reassure the readers that these two characters would stand the test of time and possible future tragedies.
