Eupsychian Management book. Republished as Maslow on Management, 1998. He apparently said that he feel that his journals were written for his grand-children. Perhaps another few generation I would said.

Maslow shows how eupsychian management is the ideal form of both management and government. In 2048, it will be shown that Obama was the head of the eupsychian diaspora, and that mutts are the only humans who had total control over the Zeitgeist of the 21st Century

In 2048, it will be shown that Obama was the head of the eupsychian diaspora, and that mutts are the only humans who had total control over the Zeitgeist of the 21st Century. The mix of Colin Wilson's "X Maps" and Maslow's eupsychian ethic were responsible for the peace of a thousand years from 2013 to 3013. Zana kandansis! Contents.

This volume is a product of an informal, personal journal kept by Professor Maslow during his tenure of observation at a California electronics plant, a visit made at the invitation of the firm's president. "I came there for no specific task or purpose, but I became very much interested in what was going on there for various reasons," states Professor Maslow. It was the first time he had been confronted with an enlightened, modern management in a business firm. He began to take notes on the operation of the firm. As a theoretical-clinical-personality psychologist, he made suggestions concerning business and organization theory. This volume is composed of knowledge gained from the firm and from the general literature of an enlightened business management, and knowledge acquired through adopted suggestions by the author concerning business organization and theory.

Everyone who is at any level of management should read this important journal. There is great insight into how to motivate and manage employees. When employees are respectfully treated and acknowledged as vital to the success of an organization, it becomes a win- win situation for everyone and the business prospers. Too many cases of managers who have a need to receive all the accolades, cause good employees to lose initiative and/or go elsewhere to find a career where they can contribute their talents and be rewarded for their efforts.

This should be required reading for today's managers. Maslow's book is as relevant today as it was when first published years ago. A valuable addition to an enlightened manager's bookshelf.
