Disfruté mucho este libro, el lenguaje del siglo XIX me atrapó, así como las referencias a Napoleón por parte del protagonista. Lástima la gran cantidad de errores ortográficos y de puntuación de esta traducción.

Pero las cosas no terminan bien. Tanta avaricia por nada. Es una trama que hemos visto repetida en otras historias de siglos anteriores. Pero cuando es la mujer la que asciende el final si es feliz. Es un mensaje a los hombres. Ascienda socialmente por otro mecanismo.
