I've had several AutoCAD books but none of them compare to Maximizing AutoCAD R13 by Rusty Gesner, Mark Middlebrook and Tony Tanzillo. The text is very easy to read and understand and includes clear and concise examples and screen shots. I am an experienced AutoCAD user and this is now my AutoCAD bible. The only problem now is I can't wait to get my hands on Maximizing AutoLISP which has been delayed to include Release 14. Excellent job guys. Excellent Book for R13c4 customization and productivity. Extensive, easy-to-follow break down of AutoLisp (pre-vlisp days) and menu customization, among other types of customization. Most of the info is still relevant. It is the last AutoCAD book on my shelf I'd be willing to part with. I bought mine used from ww. owells. If you want to get to know the vlisp IDE, or activex stuff, you'll need another book.
