He is the author of the children's story Day With a Pueblo. Many tribes in New Mexico prohibit the reproduction of sacred dances through photographs and stories - saying the retelling of something sacred detracts from its spiritual significance. Those leaders also fear tribes can be exploited for monetary gain when images of the dances are reproduced.

Mónica Naranjo is the 1994 self-titled debut album from one of Spanish singer-songwriter Mónica Naranjo. Co-written with Cristóbal Sansano, who she would later marry and then divorce, it's a combination of soft rock ballads and flamenco-disco numbers, and includes the hit singles, "Sola", "Sólo Se Vive Una Vez", "El Amor Coloca", "Fuego de Pasión". The album sold 2 million copies in Mexico.

Jody Naranjo is a contemporary Tewa pottery maker from the Santa Clara Pueblo, New Mexico in the United States. She comes from a family of traditional Tewa potters. She learned the craft of pottery from her mother and other female relatives. She attended the Institute of American Indian Arts. Naranjo was selling her artwork at age fifteen at the New Mexico History Museum. She uses traditional methods to make her pottery, including digging the clay from pueblo lands and processing the raw clay.
