Wayne F. HILL and CYNTHIA J. ÖTTCHEN are American students who live and study in Cambridge, England. Name calling, Play quotes, and ready insults for particular occasions

WAYNE F. This is their first book. Name calling, Play quotes, and ready insults for particular occasions. The only thing my daughter did not like was in the play section, it tells you which act the insult is in, but not the character was gives the line. Overall this is a fun book!

His genius and creativity continue to astound scholars, and his plays continue to delight audiences. Many have served as the basis for operas, ballets, musical compositions, and films. While Jonson and other writers labored over their plays, Shakespeare seems to have had the ability to turn out work of exceptionally high caliber at an amazing speed.

Fed up with legal nonsense and red tape? This book provides a way to get back at lawyers by reeling off some rude one-liners, all taken from Shakespeare's works. The first section provides insults for particular occasions while the second addresses the particular flaws of all lawyers.

I bought this product for my daughter for Christmas and it has been a big hit! The entire family has been laughing and enjoying this book. My daughter even took it to her middle school teacher and the class enjoyed it. I think this book would be a great item not just for a Shakespeare fan, but for teens and adults alike. The book is divided into 3 sections. Name calling, Play quotes, and ready insults for particular occasions. The only thing my daughter did not like was in the play section, it tells you which act the insult is in, but not the character was gives the line. Overall this is a fun book!

Very funny! Have to be selective though so as not to sound pompous!

An absolute must for any serious writer of scathing letters to the editor, one's Congressional representatives, or those pithy responses on internet political sites. If I could give it more than 5 stars, I would.
Kekinos
My friend loved it!

Love this book! Got it to read up on insults as a performer at renfairs. But learned a lot and renewed acquaintance with old friend insults from the Bard. Well-referenced.

A fun read, even if it's sometimes tough to remember The Bard's barbs in the heat of the moment! (I don't think I'll ever call anyone a "whoreson knave" but I have found the occasion to use the phrase "an ass and a fool and a prating cockscomb" and enjoyed it very much.)

Got a kick out of this book. It helped me give authentic color to a historical fiction thing I was working on.
The PERFECT gift book for the theatrical folk!
